Does the deposit go toward the rental amount?

Yes, the deposit goes towards the final rental amount.

Are tables and chairs available to use?

We have 200 chairs, 10 round tables that sit 8 per table, 6 (8") rectangular tables that sit 8-10 per table for events to use.


What does my time limit include in my booking?

For events that are booked for 6 hours, that includes set up, the event, and take down.

When do I need to give my final payment?

We ask that you provide the final payment 3 weeks prior to the event.

Are bartending services available for all events?

Bartending services are included in the price of wedding receptions, but can be request for all special events.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Yes, there are handicap accessibility points for both levels of the venue.

What is the capacity of the venue?

We can seat 200 guests for an indoor wedding ceremony. Additionally we can seat 120 guests upstairs and 80 guests downstairs for events.

Where can we park at the venue?

We have a back parking lot, front packing lot, and anywhere on the grass that is not marked otherwise.
